These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Qarzdaftar mobile application (“App”), provided by Shokhruz Khalikov (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into these Terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls regarding your license to use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms, Apple’s Usage Rules and the Apple Standard EULA.
You are responsible for the information you enter, import, process or share. You must not use the App unlawfully, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the App to harass, threaten, defraud or harm another person.
The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including:
The exact product name, subscription period, included features, trial or introductory offer (if any), and price in your local currency are displayed in the App before purchase. Without an active subscription, some features or the number of records may be limited.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period. A free trial or introductory offer, when available, converts to the applicable paid subscription unless canceled before renewal.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings . You can restore eligible purchases using “Restore Purchases” in the App. Billing, cancellation and refund decisions are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies. Removing the App does not cancel a subscription.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your records and for maintaining appropriate backups. Deleting the App, losing a device, deleting records or replacing a local database may permanently remove information that was not backed up. You must obtain any consent or other legal basis required before storing, processing or sharing another person’s information.
The App may provide an optional voice AI assistant. The feature requires an OpenAI API key configured by you. Your use of OpenAI is subject to the terms, fees, usage limits and policies applicable to your OpenAI account. You are responsible for your API usage and charges and for keeping your API key secure.
Before microphone processing starts, the App displays a data-processing notice and asks for your consent. If you activate the assistant, audio, transcripts, prompts and relevant read-only records may be transmitted to OpenAI as described in the Qarzdaftar Privacy Policy . The assistant is not authorized to create, modify or delete financial records.
AI-generated answers and transcriptions may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. You must verify names, amounts, currencies, dates, balances and other important information against the original records before relying on an answer.
AI output is provided for convenience and is not financial, accounting, legal, tax, credit or other professional advice. Do not use the assistant to make important decisions without independent verification.
Optional features may interact with services provided by Apple, OpenAI, Telegram, iCloud or another file provider. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, availability, account requirements and fees. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, content or operation of a third-party service.
Our processing of information is described in the Qarzdaftar Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including due to security, legal, technical or third-party service changes. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available in every country, language, device or operating-system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, secure or error-free operation, preservation of every record, or that all calculations, transcriptions, search results or AI-generated answers will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights.
You may stop using the App at any time. Your right to use the App may end if you materially violate these Terms. Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
We may update these Terms when the App, applicable law or our services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
